Someone had an idea. It was a unique idea, really, but a strange one as well. What if two paradoxical things could exist in a human being? Beautiful and hideous, fearful and brave, fire and ice... The hypothesized result was they'd gain something of great value. What that something was is still in question. As researchers, Zeke and Blake couldn't have been more thrilled to be researching paradoxes. But as childhood friends, they find the project is becoming dangerous. Their research is leaked, their lives are threatened, and they only have each other to lean on. The hypothesized result? A race has become determined to end the war before anymore races are put into extinction, but they have no one to send to try to end matters peacefully. Until an infamous thief, Gabby, the last human alive is locked in one of the universe's top security prisons with a death sentence over her head. Gabby now must resolve this war with the help of her crew or die from either the executioner, or a solider with a gun.
