Hi everyone! This is a fanficition story about the @colonellicorice au on tumblr. The creator of this au has inspired me a lot with his artworks and his own stories in his au's. So I have really say thank you for this! When you read my story, please support him as well if you are on tumblr! The story itself is also available on tumblr on @raparras-great-escape A short explanation about this au and the fan story about: The characters of this au have a similarity to the characters of Parappa the Rapper, but there personality and the whole background is completely different and a story by it's own. The place where everything happens is the hell, but not the hell in the classical sense, it's more like an underworld or the Japanese version of hell, called Yomi. All of the inhabitants of this place are grayscaled, and also many things in this place. The main characters are RaParra, a dog (Parappa's grayscale version) who is a violinist, and his best friend, Licorice, who runs a bakery (Colonel Noodle's grayscale version). Raparra ended up in this place because he signed once a contract with the boss of a music label, Kuro Kit (Katy Kat's grayscale version). Licorice has a troublesome past which is connected with his father, Mustache Master (Beard Burger Master's grayscale version). That's the basics to this story. Now, Licorice and Raparra decide to escape from the hell, because they don't want to stuck here for an eternity. At the first look, this story seems to be dark, but in truth it isn't. It's rather an encouraging story about friendship and that it is possible to overcome all obstacles in live. Now you know what it is about. Chapters will be added one by one. After a bit of confusion PaRappa is turning into a dog. Yes I know he's already a dog, I mean like the dog that plays fetch with you or chases squirrels. He doesn't have a lot of time, so he's got to figure out what he's gonna do for the rest of his anthropomorphic days. But the end in reality is a new adventure . this fan fiction does deal with darker theme's of a death like scenario. But do not be fooled, this isn't going to get too dark. Sometimes my friend even thinks it's funny. it's mostly about secrets, mental breaks, and adventure. This fan fiction doesn't have any ships outside of cannon ones (PaRappa&$ünný). It won't show or even mention anything explicit.

(NOTE: This AU describes what would happen if PaRappa lost in stage 7 of PTR2, so you may see major spoilers ahead! You have been warned...) After PaRappa loses a rap battle against Colonel Noodle, the leader of the Noodle Syndicate, the nefarious dictator decides to punish PaRappa by hypnotising him into the Syndicate, becoming a Lieutenant Colonel in the process. Things take a turn for the worst, however, when after another rap battle, PaRappa's friends are knocked unconscious for losing the battle, and are mysteriously being experimented on as Sunny Funny is taken prisoner after seeing what the Syndicate have done and the Noodle Syndicate themselves continue their invasion.
