She didn't have plenty of friends to have sleep overs with. And she DEFINITELY didn't have ideal parents. She lived life as best she could. And she had no choice but for that to be good enough for her. December Jones had never had it easy and figured she never would. She lived in a routine of struggle that seemed never ending, that is, until she met Jason Briggs, a boy who battled his own personal struggles. This wasn't your average romance cliche of love at first sight. This was the tale of two lost teens navigating life all the while developing a very unconventional friendship.
