Edward thinks he's being followed so he tries to shake the person off by going into Eastern Headquarters, but everything goes down hill quickly when Edward accidentally involves Mustang. All Ed wanted to do was read some goddamn alchemy books. How was he supposed to know it would've ended up like this, what kind of person Tucker was? He'd just wanted to help his brother and now he wasn't sure his brother would ever know it was him again. (Or: Ed gets himself transmuted instead of Nina. He ends up significantly more animal than expected. Now, he needs to figure out how to tell his brother who he is, Al needs to find out where his brother disappeared to, and Mustang just wants to know why this cat hates him so much).

Ed is captured by a mysterious woman. He is rescued, but now has a mysterious condition! Edward doesn't remember what happened to him, so it's up to Hughes and Alphonse to find the woman who kidnapped him and retrieve some sort of antidote from her. In the meantime, Roy is stuck watching Edward, and Ed slowly realizes what it means to be a child. PARENTAL Roy/Ed.

But they only grew louder. From a distant echo to a screaming pain that lingered well after all noise has left. The rain wasn't rain. It sounded too much like the blood that had fallen from the ledge and landed on the ground not far below. "I'm sorry," Ed whispered. Parental!Royed. NOT YAOI! Oneshot.

It was a normal mission. Dismantling fighting rings was routine for M'staeng at this point. What was not normal was getting himself captured on one of those missions, but that was fine. H'kye killing him when she inevitably rescued him scared him more than anything the Homn'cli could do to him. It wouldn't be too bad. Of course, he didn't expect for the Homn'cli to have captured a fucking human, much less make them his cellmate. Sharing a cage with a species considered death incarnate wasn't how M'staeng saw his imprisonment going. Death incarnate was...surprisingly small.
