With the overpopulating country of America undergoing a change in government structure, a plan was made to deal with the surging amount of children in the foster system. Project Parenthood was the outcome of that plan. Follow the main character - Andrea Clark- as she navigates her life as a young adult in the Program. all whilst trying to save her sanity and keep her own secrets.
