They always believed that love should follow only one compass: ang tibok ng puso. Fana Santa Cruz, isang estudyante, at Francis Gelo Scent, isang guro, took the risk no one else dared to take. They stepped into a forbidden world, not because they were reckless, but because their hearts were louder than society's rules. Sa gitna ng bulong-bulungan, sa ilalim ng mapanuring tingin ng iba, they held on to each other as if love alone could shield them from the world. Their love became a sanctuary. Isang tahanan sa gitna ng unos. A light that refused to die, no matter how many tried to extinguish it. Every hardship they survived, every quiet night, every tear, every small laughter-these carved a love that felt deep, steady, and unbreakable. But even the strongest walls can crumble under a single crack. One secret. One mistake. One moment that shattered the trust they thought would last forever. And suddenly, the world they built with such devotion began to collapse between their hands. Trust is the root of love-the invisible pillar that keeps two hearts standing. Once it breaks, it's not just the heart that suffers. Memories, promises, futures... everything begins to fall apart. Now they stand in the ruins of what once felt invincible, trying to gather the pieces, trying to remember what it felt like to be whole, even as they feel something inside them slipping away. "Just hold me a bit more!" Looking down at my broken shoe strap, I tried to focus on it but the scent of his Dunhil black kept me distracted. 'OH! This guy is hot! His biceps must be really strong". I mentally slapped myself holding his arm and tried to focus at the strap. 'Which brand is he wearing exactly, the texture of his shirt is so good' I tried to caress his arm a bit to feel the rough yet soft fabric. "Ehm! Hey you! Are you done drooling over my arm? Well.. I don't mind at all but you better want to know that the entire hallway is staring at us." His voice pulled me out of my daydreaming and as the stupid I am, I looked up and died (mentally). At a very dangerous distance of 2.96 inches were his forest green orbs boring into my brown ones with a hint of amusement in them. I always wanted to get lost in those green mysteries everytime we make an accidental eye contact and right now when he was literally staring a me, I felt like my hypothalamus stopped working. 'Oh my goodness! Is my tongue paralyzed or am I going in coma? What's happening to me. I can feel butterflies in my stomach. Soo....this is how those butterflies feel like.' I was tongue tied again. "You know what to do when everyone is staring at you?" I heard his voice again. It was a mere whisper but definitely for me. Again a bunch of catterpillars become butterflies in my stomach. I felt a churn in its pit so I peered at his lips moving dangerously close and words coming out like peppermint! Peppermint? His mouthwash maybe! Its intoxicatingly delicious. A chuckle in the background woke me up and I responded to Him... "What? I said but it came out like a whisper near his plump lips while I was trying to match the ups and downs of his chest with mine. His eyes turned deep green. They changed in a second and now I can see the hint of mischief in them. "Give them a show!"

Now that I've let you go, free as a bird ?... no longer hanging on to what once was The most Beautiful Love of all... do you still think of me? A Shattered ? can never fully mend. The Scars keep reappearing without warning ⚠️ at some part in the days or nights. Distance & Silence - you would hope will take the pain away... but the end always seems so far away. You are bound to this broken ? for Life ❣️
