Cape Hollow has always been divided.
On one side, The Cove. Cheap beer, rundown houses, summer jobs and people who have learned to make the most of what they have.
On the other side, The Bluffs. Private docks, expensive cars, college educations and families with enough money to make most problems disappear.
Blake Calloway knows exactly which side she belongs on.
At twenty years old, her life is simple enough. She works shifts at The Breakwater, spends most nights drinking on Drift Beach with her four best friends, and has absolutely no intention of becoming anything like the spoiled rich kids across town.
Especially Cole Prescott.
Arrogant, reckless and infuriatingly attractive, Cole has been Blake's least favorite person for years, and after what happened between them when they were teenagers, she has every reason to keep it that way.
Luckily he's been away at college.
Unluckily, he's home for the summer.
Now the parties are getting bigger, old grudges are resurfacing, and avoiding Cole in a town as small as Cape Hollow is proving almost impossible.
The more their lives collide, the harder it becomes for Blake to reconcile the boy she hates with the person she keeps catching glimpses of underneath.
But Blake Calloway does not fall for boys like Cole Prescott.
And Cole Prescott definitely doesn't fall for girls from the Cove.
At least, that's what they keep telling themselves.
Welcome to Cape Hollow.
Try not to fall for the wrong person.
