Phil is about to become a university student, get a degree and create a life by himself. But out of the blue, a figure from his past calls him 2 days before his new life begins. Does Phil want to move on? Secretly, Phil wants nothing less, but the other person is nothing but trouble. But the person is in dire need of help, and Phil is the only one who can give it to them. That person is Dan Howell. (This story contains brief mentions of violence, but apart from that is safe from other dark themes.) This is a Phan AU story. Phil Lester, he wouldn't necessarily be described as a "badass" more of a nerdy boy trapped in a punk rock looking body. With his lip piercing and gages and few tattoos, anyone would think he is a badass, especially his group of friends. Dan Howell, pretty much the happiest boy anyone could meet. He knows who he is, he doesn't care about other people's opinions of him. All he needs is his best friend and no one else really matters.

Dan Howell is a straight boy who loves flowers and all pastel colors. He's a very happy and perky person, if you get to know him. That's the thing though, no one wants to get to know him cause of his appearance on the outside. Lots of people bully him for his looks, physically, emotionally, and verbally. Phil Lester is also a straight boy, but he loves tattoos and all dark colors. He's big and tough with people that aren't his friends or family, but if you get to know him you find he's not as big and tough as he looks. That's why he has few friends, he looks so mean from the outside, everyone wants to avoid him. But he doesn't mind. At least it's not like how it used to be in Secondary School, when he actually got bullied. Now he'll stand up for other people who get bullied. What happens when this punk and flower boy meet each other in an uncomfortable time?
