Ever since the beginning, she was always there. She never left. How she wishes he would glance, sideways. She knew everything about him. But she doesn't know if he knows her. Even after growing up, after being separated, after being torn apart, she was always still there. Hoping, wishing, praying, that one day, he can glance sideways, and see her. ~ Since he was in high school, he always received sweets everday. And every year, it evolves. For example, on his first year, he received a small chocolate candy bar everyday. When he became second year, the candy bar got bigger. And when he started his voice acting career, he always received different pastries, everday. Although, he doesn't know where it came from. He always wondered. He asked the mailman, but he got no answer. He asked the post office, but he didn't get any information neither. One day, it stopped. He was worried. Not because there were no more pastries, but because he was worried about the admirer. What happened?

"Do you remember me?" He asks with fire in his eyes. I swallow before I answer, "no why should I." I internally cringe if course I remember him how could I ever forget my only friend. "You're lying" and with that he was gone as if i was talking to myself. Brooklyn woods is a sweet, kind hearted girl who has had every reason to look at the world in a darker light. Leaving the memories and trauma behind of her past life she has been taken under the wing of a sweet old couple who own a small,but well known, local bakery in New York city. She has an unusual love for sweets since she was young although she doesn't remember why. Without the bakery Brooklyn would be out on the streets, somewhere she never wanted to be again. She keeps her head down and stays in the back of the shop baking away. She likes her chaos free life that some presume as lonely and boring and never wants it to change, but as we all know we don't always get what we want. Alexander Frost is a very successful and powerful business man who gets what he wants. He is not one to be crossed and is said to own the city and everyone in it. No one knows him behind closed doors so they rely on rumors and have labeled him as a playboy, even though he has never been sighted with a woman. He never let's anyone close and he thought that he never would until he meets a stubborn girl that reminds him of someone that cannot place. All it takes if for one meeting for old memories to spark and emotions to fly.

Birds chirping, kids laughter, peoples chatter - sounds I was hearing in the park on the way to my apartment. It's a lovely, sunny Friday evening but after a quite of a long and stressful workday, everything was just too much. I can feel my tummy growling. I can't wait to eat the leftover lasagna. A few hot guys ran past me. one of them dropped something - car keys. I picked them up and saw that they stopped at the parking lot that was at the end of the park.
