The asylum, an imposing Gothic structure shrouded in mist and mystery, had a reputation for eerie occurrences and unorthodox treatment methods. Despite the warnings from his colleagues, Dr. Graves accepted the position, intrigued by the challenge and the potential to make a difference. His office was assigned in Ward D, the most restricted section of the asylum, reserved for patients deemed too dangerous or unpredictable for the general population.
