This collection of 50 poems is my tribute and celebration of the my country , The Philippines. A beautiful and verdant country and its ever resilient people. To be honest my liking of poetry has been tempered by events in my life especially my health. My job had also taken a toll of my mental powers. But upon seeing the happenings of my country and watching videos admiring how great and resilient the people of the Philippines is, I decided why not make a poetry collection about my country.
