|<Sanders Sides Fanfiction>| |Deaf Patton & Soulmate AUs| The soft patter of rain against the short teenager's window seemed to be a nightly occurrence, the 16 year old gently tracing his fingers over the opposite side of the glass, letting the cooling feeling dance over the pads of his fingers, a soft smile tugging at the corner of his lips as he gently lowered his full palm down, relaxing at the cool window against his skin. Fingers sprawled over the glass, pulling away to leave a hand print in his place before it slowly faded away, a small sigh escaping his lips before his eyes caught sight of the house beside his, opposite his window entirely. A teenager.. Similar age to him, sat on his own window sill,knees tucked to his chest and headphones over his ears, his dyed blonde - nearly white - hair tied up in a small pony tail nustled from the crook of his neck to snake down onto his left shoulder and a small sketch book in his hands, slowly moving as he drew. Patton cocked his head to the side as he watched, though not seeing much from where he was, sighed lightly, gently adjusting his glasses before noticing his abandoned hearing aids on his bedside table, gently picking them up and slipped them on. He shuffling back over to the window as he gently unlatched the window, slowly pushing it open with a small creak and placed his hands down onto the window sill, scrunching up his hands in discomfort as his hands grew wet from the rain before retreating back into his room. He smiled, quickly changing into some clothes he didn't mind getting wet; a pair of fading blue jeans and a yellow sweater before making sure to force himself into one of his coats, pulling up the waterproof hood as he stumbled to get his shoes on one foot at a time without losing balance, tying them messily. He beamed, happily and carefully slipping out of his window, managing to stand onto the roof below as he slowly made his way over to the opposite conjoined house's window, gently knocking.

Now, humans are not allowed to practice magic after a fight with the old kings of Alantica and Rosemary. A curse is over both kingdoms until their people can get along, and it takes three soulmates to join two feuding kingdoms!  This story is being rewritten. I'm sorry for not updating. I have been busy with finishing school. I graduated with honors! Now, plans for college and saving up money. I have also been more focused on other fandoms. I hope to post the first chapter soon. Patton and Janus have started hanging out together a lot more after "Putting Others First". So much in fact, that J realizes he has feelings for Pat! But Patton doesn't seem to return them. Shortly after Janus realizes he has caught feelings, he develops a strange sort of illness. He has started coughing/puking up blood and...... flowers?!?

As the Sides help Thomas with another problem he has he gets a call on his phone from his new friend and crush Nico. They talk for a bit about Thomas spending time with Nico on his birthday. Thomas doesn't know what to choose so his sides decide to surprise him with a party and Nico being there. They just hope Thomas won't be mad that they did this to him. But when he finds out they did this for him he is very happy that they did.

Patton Foster is perfectly happy with his life. Any of his loved ones can tell you so! He lives with his older brother Logan in a humble apartment they share, he has his dream job as a teacher at an Elementary School, and he has Roman, the best friend anyone can ask for! There's just... One problem. Whenever someone gets into a romantic relationship, it's as if Patton might as well not exist. He and Logan were always left to themselves when Roman had his relationships. It always bothered Patton, but at least he had Logan for company. Roman always insists that Patton would understand if he had his own relationship. Despite his brother's disapproval, Patton allowed Roman to set him up with someone. Said someone was Remy, a tired college student that Roman met in his Theatre Group. Patton and Remy's relationship lasted four years, both the best and worst four years of Patton's life. After their relationship crashed and burned, Patton gave up on romance. That was ten years ago. Now Patton is 33, and he had given up on romance. However, with Roman and Logan both in committed relationships, keeping his spirits up has been difficult. On the ten year anniversary of him and Remy breaking up, Patton decides to do something desperate, and probably stupid. He finds a dating app with some good reviews, and makes a profile. Little does he know, it won't be long before a certain charmer of a serpent gets matched with him. What will Patton do when someone else is pursuing his heart for a change, and it's no longer just him trying to please everyone else?
