The year is 2028, GeneCo was rising in power, Rotti Largo is an expert negotiator who talks his colleague and friend Stefano Antonucci to sign his newborn daughter Bella to be a future GeneCo employee and potential wife of his eldest son Luigi. (This Fanfiction leads to the beginning of Bella's story and will have a quantum leap 28 years later)

It's been six years after the events of Repo! The Genetic Opera. Pavi Largo is presumed dead, Bella believes him to be gone and remarries Luigi while raising her 6-year-old triplet daugters Maggi, Marni and Rottie Largo while expecting her fourth child (all of which have been fathered by Pavi) a secret kept between her and Amber, and Luigi haunted by his guilt, and Pavi returns to reunite with Bella and their daughters..

Bella is put on Zydrate while giving birth to her triplet daughters and doesn't recall Rotti leaving them in Luigi's care.. but she does remember them-- and their birth father.

Post Genetic Opera, the Largo children wonder if they would ever have the capacity to love, or if they ever did to begin with.

Things between Pavi and Bella are growing closer. Amber is happy for them and a very jealous Luigi plots revenge by selling Pavi to a freak show after faking his brother's death
