He's the one making all the jabs at Liam, while Liam brushes him off - because he knows it will only infuriate Louis more. As the tension builds between the two surfers, the sudden undeniable desire of Louis wanting Liam does too. When he's around Louis feels like he's drowning and the only way he can be pulled out is if he gives into Liam.
