This is a metaphorical story about how I coped with and understood loneliness through life as a child. I got used to the feeling and presence of loneliness, who I viewed as an 'imaginary friend', of sorts. This is the only way I will ever be able to put into words the unbearable and overpowering feeling of loneliness itself. I hope it helps people better understand those who have struggled and still struggle with it today.
