"The Peacock's Song" is a self portrait poem written by me. It is about how I view myself and how others view myself. It is inspired by the beauty and imagery of a peacock. I used the peacock as a representation of me because, it stands out and has a uniqueness that shows the world it's true beauty and that's how I identify with it.
