Scar, having a new clingy buddy, has to find out who shot Grian, and bring them to justice, all while juggling a practical baby, and his job. It's been two years since the Entity invaded Hermitcraft. The Hermits have moved on. Sure, the scars are still there, (especially Zedaph's) but they've faded! Hermitcraft has two new members. The first is PearlecentMoon, and she fit in immediately. She helped Joe set up the building for the respawn station, joined a cult, and built a massive starter base (then destroyed said base so she could rotate it 90º). The second is GeminiTay. She's also a builder and she's helped the hermits with quite a bit so far. But even though the hermits welcomed her into the server with open arms, she can't quite shake the feeling she isn't supposed to be here.

"So show it to me," The people said their kind was gone, lost to the sands of time. Never to return. They said these magic-users were evil. They said all that lay in their chest was a heart of stone. They said not to worry - their kind was now nothing more than stories. They lied. About all of it.

It's not easy being a hermit especially when your parents are watchers and your friends are scared of you. Pearl is a girl that wants to find her place in the world. After getting rejected by her school because of her powers she goes to college in hopes of a better future in a world where super humans are called hermits. Note: This is a fanfic. Pearl saw Scott sacrifice himself for her in front of her own eyes. An unexpected end that made her finally forgive him. He learned that he couldn't control his powers so he runs away for the safety of everyone. Scott now has a time limit before he goes completely frozen, will he be able to keep Xornoth inside the crystal while trying to control the eternal winter?
