The Pearly Gates are everywhere. Lines, long long lines are also everywhere. You did it to yourself. Just look at your wrists. This is your Fate.

Susan Dorel Delheim is a single, independent recluse. Lonely and tormented by voices which she names Ginger and Bubbles, she struggles to hold onto her sanity. On the eve of a momentous presentation at her company she has an accident which erodes her last bastions of normality: her career, her routined existence and her dreams. Will Suzan, with her fragile mental state, find her way in her new life?

She'd only told one lie. He'd told thousands. So why did she feel so guilty? Based off the prompt from writing.prompt.s on instagram: a man and his wife meet at the pearly gates after they're both killed in an accident. However, to enter, each must confess any lies they told to the other in the past life. Saint Peter hands the man a stack of books filled with lies he told, big and small. To the woman, he gives one small piece of paper with just four words on it.
