The main character, Aurora, lives in the slums alone expect for the rebellion as her friends. Aurora wants to uncover the secrets of the kingdom and royal family. To do this she needs to go undercover as a guard. While a guard she meets the second main character, Caspian. Caspian is next to be king, heir of the throne. Since he is next to be king, he knows all the secrets of the kingdom. She finds this out and trys to use him to find out everything. Things go wrong and downhill.
