Peeta Mellark lives with his mother and little sister in the Seam of District 12. When Katniss's and Peeta's paths cross they find out the they care for eachother's problems and they form a bond that goes further than a simple friendship but Katniss's mother and Delly, Peeta best friend have a big problem with this and do whatever that can to end it. How much will Katniss and Peeta risk to stay together?

Katniss Everdeen's sister, Primrose Everdeen is reaped for the 74th Annual Hunger Games. But Willow Reecher volunteers in her place. Katniss feels relieved, but then her best friend, Gale Hawthorne is reaped. Throughout her waiting, and hoping, for Gale to return, a new boy suddenly plops in. Peeta Mellark. Well, he's not actually new, they've just never spoken. Peeta once saved Katniss by tossing bread to her, when she was about to starve to death. It's pretty clear that Peeta has a crush on Katniss, but is Katniss' feelings the same for him?

Peeta Mellark is enrolled in a psychiatric hospital where he thinks he will go mad. But little does he know that one girl will save him from monstrosity.

Katniss Everdeen has been to 3 different schools in the past two years of her fathers passing. I guess you could say she's just a troubled girl with not the best past. However Peeta Mellark is the "golden boy". But everyone has they're secrets right? Right. No one is perfect, and everyone has problems. Now if I'm being honest I suck at introductions, maybe one day I'll edit this and make it better. Now that's probably where you might leave, thinking it's another cheesy everlark story. But I vote you give it a chance....... I guess we're left with the question of: can two people so different help each other heal? And what about their differences? Will opposites catch fire??
