The 74th annual Hunger Games. Also known as the event I will probably die in. You'd think it couldn't get any worse, but it can. I was reaped along with the boy I've been in love with for 10 years. You think that's bad? I volunteered, I actually put myself in this situation. I keep thinking about how I could be safe in my own home, but I always come to the same conclusion. I did the right thing. Even if I die, I know my best friend will be safe in district twelve with her little sister. As long as it stays that way, it will all worth it.
