Eight years later, Jocelyn was captured by Hydra and turned into an experiment. For years, Jocelyn has been kept by Hydra, being a victim of abuse and frozen in a cryostasis chamber like the Winter Soldier. Until one day the Sokovia base which Jocelyn held in 2014 to 2015, was attacked by the Avengers. I don't own any MCU or MARVEL characters. Only the OCs. I also make some minor changes to previous chapters every now and then.

Victoria Louise Carter is starting at a new school in New York. She never knew her father and after her mother died she was forced to go into Foster care bouncing around from one home to another. Her latest Foster parents moved to New York in hope for a fresh start for the young 17 year old. Will Victoria finally fit in somewhere? Does she finally get to meet her father?
