Peggy had known, from the first day, it would be difficult. From the first time she'd walked into the LA office, newly transferred from New York, she'd felt the looks sent her way. But she was used to all of this. Surely she had gone through worse before, with her relationships with Steve and Howard openly speculated upon in New York. She had handled all of that. She could handle this too. Peggy transfers to the new SSR office in LA to be closer to Daniel but finds the transition more difficult than she expected.

This story is inspired by an AU I read by lillianmmalter on Ao3. This writer is phenomenal and I loved their AU so much, I got inspired to write and continue it somewhat. Um... this is my 5th time seeing Agent Carter and first on Agents on Shield and I just had too. Mostly fluffy. Lots of spoilers for both of those shows
