A nonrefundable ticket and an over eager to have fun best friend leads to Brooke being stuck in Oceanside, California on a Spring Break trip she will never forget. Trying to cure her broken heart, Brooke and her bestie land themselves at a bar where she meets Caleb Willis, a very handsome marine with a lot of baggage. Brooke vowed that she would never let another marine back into her life. Can Caleb get under her skin and change her mind? Can he help undo the damage that Dalton caused? Or will his baggage and the fact that he is a marine be too much?
