What if Simon was aware of his feelings for Baz? What if Penny knew too? This is the setup as the story unfolds. Except this time, it's not the Humdrum they're facing. The gang has managed to get themselves into something much worse. With no clue where to go and no idea what they're about to find, they set off from Watford in the middle of the night in hopes of saving the World of Mages from a thing with impossible powers. Will they succeed, and what will happen on their journey there? Read to find out! This story falls under the categories of fanfiction, canon (I think), action, adventure, fantasy, and probably a few more. Hey, if you didn't get the little thing I did in the title, I'll explain. In the parentheses, I wrote AU Au, the first of which means alternate universe, and the second of which stands for gold on the Periodic Table. So... it's alternate universe gold. Ha. Ha. Funny? I hope so. Warning, there's loads of swearing in this. You've been warned.

For all Simon Snow fans that want a little bit extra before we get that third book. I hope that you like what my way of settling it, even if it's not as good as Rainbow's. (No way is as good as Rainbow's, she is the all mighty and they all came from her heart her ending is the only real ending.) But either way, I hope you enjoy mine! Not only do they have to deal with that thing, but they now have to do it while following the rules of the Coven. If you had broken every single rule and put your whole way of life at risk, you'd be forced to follow the rules now too. Penny has finally come back to London with her fiancé, Micah. When she goes to visit her friends Simon and Baz, she can't help noticing that Simon looks somehow, older, whereas Baz hasn't aged a day. Baz Pitch is on a mission but is distracted by Simon Snow and his friends.

Blue. His fragile eyes blaze like frozen flames, the color of the hottest fires. I couldn't let them go. I couldn't get her take them away from me. I couldn't let him leave me. But I did. "Burn bright, Simon Snow."

"Because..." I look back up, look into his eyes and try to tell him everything I can't say out loud. "No one can see us in here." I'm so tired of fighting you. "And no one will ever believe you," I add, and I'm only have joking. He scoffs. I just want to love you.

It's Penny's birthday and she's has specifically requested nothing at all. But, as Simon and Baz's friend, that's not what's going to happen.

It's Simon and Baz's 6th year back at Watford. Last year Simon followed Baz around like a hound trying to prove he was a vampire. After a bloody incident one soccer training Simon finally has proof. How will Simon's knowledge of Baz's true identity bring them together?

Three stories about Simon, Baz and Penny taking place half a year later after the epilogue of Carry On... The first one is about their anniversary, the second one about Baz and Simon confronting Baz's parents on a Christmas dinner and the third one is about Simon having a bad mental health day and how Baz and Penny cheer him up. (Written long before Wayward Son came out!!!)

Simon is late for lunch bc he and Baz have been making out in the wavering wood. Penny is suspicious, and then snowbaz makes out in a broom closet.

Brielle Taylor is the 'next Simon Snow.' At least, that's everyone at Watford calls her. She's extremely powerful, but unlike Simon, she always has her magic under control. Except for when Everly Johnson, her nemesis, pushes her around. She's the only person that can get under her skin, and Brielle hates it more than anything. When students start to go missing, Brielle must find out what's going on. But, that would mean becoming a hero. That would mean becoming the next Simon Snow.

Penelope has to return some books to the local library. Simon tags along with her and he meets Basil, who is a "jerk" (Simon's words) librarian. Of course Simon complains non-sotp and Penelope, Shepard and Agatha make a plan to get Simon and Baz together.... These are Rainbow Rowell's characters!!
