Allen Beyarsh is a twenty-one-year-old Arachnid courier working for Penguin Logistics in Lungmen. Born with spider-like abilities inherited from his nearly forgotten Conduit bloodline, Allen lives an ordinary life of deliveries, debts, bad luck, and occasional trouble with the law. Then a delivery takes him to Chernobog. Unknown to Allen, the mysterious package he carries contains the Ray Sphere. When it detonates, the resulting Ray Field devastates part of the city, kills countless people, and awakens Allen's dormant Conduit abilities, granting him control over electricity. Allen survives the catastrophe. Many others do not. As Chernobog falls into chaos, Allen becomes caught between Reunion, Rhodes Island, political conflicts, and forces far greater than anything he has faced before. Worse, the media eventually connects him to the Ray Sphere disaster. Fear and misinformation spread across Terra, branding him a dangerous Bioterrorist, the Demon of Terra, and eventually- the inFAMOUS Spider-Man. Allen knows he cannot completely escape responsibility for what happened, even though he never understood what he was carrying. He carries the guilt of Chernobog with him wherever he goes. Yet instead of becoming the monster everyone expects him to be, Allen chooses to help people. Armed with organic webbing, electrical Conduit powers, his Amp, and an infuriating sense of humor, Allen travels across Terra alongside Penguin Logistics and Rhodes Island, facing criminals, hostile Conduits, political conspiracies, ancient enemies, and increasingly terrifying threats. He cannot undo the past. He cannot save everyone. But every time Allen chooses to stand back up and protect someone, he proves that Chernobog does not have to determine the person he becomes. The world made Allen Beyarsh infamous. He chooses to become Spider-Man.
