Penny never really wanted to leave Newtown, but when her situation forces her to take some action, she must come to terms with the idea that there is a place out there where she will find herself. In another city, in a new team, she quickly finds her place, but will her old relationships returning to her life ruin what she has come to value so much?

The Pontypandy Fire Station team is called to the mountains for a rescue. But the situation escalates and Sam is confronted with his deepest fears. How will his team handle this? It's Christmas eve in Pontypandy and Penny has been asked to do Christmas shopping for the station's Christmas eve party with the Police, Mountain Rescue, and the other emergency services. She ends up lost in the snow out of Pontypandy and has to find ways to keep warm with only what she has. Can Sam and the team find her before Christmas Day or will their Christmas be a disaster? Takes place during Season 13 after Series 12.

They met the Fire Service crew at the station near Berlin Airport and Venus has broken down on the Autobahn. Penny goes to find some parts and ends up lost in Berlin, Germany. Will Sam and the crew find her before it gets dark?

Penny, having completed her residency just prior to the events of Norman Price and the Mystery in the Sky, officially became a doctor. This new chapter in her life brought with it a significant meeting: Dr. Jane Morris, her first cousin.
