Along the way, he meets up with strange, weird, and over all interesting people that may turn out to be good friends and allies. What the redhead doesn't know is that there is a mastermind behind this. Someone who Penn thought that he had got rid of in the past before Oz. Seems that Penn must finish an old rivalry from the past.
