This is short is about two people and their internal struggles on making themselves better people, in this short story they face their struggles head-on together and help one other heal and grow.

"Everyone praises her perfect life from the outside. No one sees the battles she fights within the walls of her own home." She lives what seems to be a normal life. People on the outside admire her and often compliment her for who she is and what she has achieved. But what about the people on the inside? There is no doubt that her family loves and cares for her. Yet, they rarely allow her to live life the way she wants. She gives her best every day to fulfill their expectations and make them happy. She believes she has done everything right, but somehow it still feels like she has fallen short. Deep down, she hopes they will understand her feelings and love her in the way she needs. However, asking for that feels like asking for too much. So, she keeps her pain to herself, silently carrying the weight of unspoken emotions while continuing to give her all. This is not just her story. It is the story of countless children who grow up trying to balance their own dreams with the expectations of those they love. This is a picture book my brother, dad, and I wrote when we were young. I made it into a kids chapter book for NaNoWriMo 2021. A builder bot from Hugeville is sent to Smart School where he meets Gabby the Gummy Bear, and they become best friends. Gabby tries to teach Yes-Yes to say "No" but he just can't seem to. When Yes-Yes' boss asks him to do something that would ruin his life will he say "No" or will he give in to his code.

Hi, I, just like many of you, am a people pleaser. I never want to hurt someone's feelings and in that process I tend to not stand up for myself and what I believe in. So here is a short poem which is not dominated by other's feelings. sincerely, the people pleaser.
