this is why I hate people

This is a collection of stories about my opinions about things. It isn't as horrible as it sounds. Lolz. It's a collection of my thoughts on social media trends and stuff like that. My goal is to kinda empower people my age and teach them that some of this stuff can be complete crap. So woo!

Michaela isn't the type to believe in fairytales, happy endings, or people. She's the kind of girl who rolls her eyes at cheesy rom-coms, keeps her circle small (by choice, of course), and would much rather spend her time with a book than deal with the drama of high school. But life, as always, has other plans. First, there are the letters. They show up out of nowhere, stuffed into her locker and bag, written by someone who knows way too much about her. They're ridiculous, cringe-worthy, and yet... strangely sweet. Then there's Bella, her boy-crazy best friend who's navigating a messy break-up, Sam, the world's most annoying housemate, and Lyra, whose life is full of secrets Michaela accidentally stumbles upon. Oh, and let's not forget Lee-the boy she swears she's over, even though her heart clearly disagrees. Michaela's sarcastic, guarded world is falling apart, and for the first time, she might have to let someone in.

This is my rant book because my friends are not fandom-hopping maniacs, therefore don't understand me when I rant. So there, read or don't, or share your own dilemmas.

People Suck

When you die, you get approximately 7 minutes of brain activity left and everybody sees different things. Some see who their soulmate would'be been or was , or maybe they see a giant cinema screen playing the summary of their entire life. Some even get a scene in their life in which they must figure what they could've done differently and while the video plays on a loop, your brain turns to mush I was different. I saw nothing

I... I'm well, a loner. ****** Evangeline Rousseau may have a pretty fancy name, but that's the only special thing about her. She's pretty damn smart, but is it really worth it to be great at something if you have no one to share it with, if no one even notices it? Evangeline has two words that describe how she feels about the world: People suck. She's got a friend count of zero, despises her family, and believes she can't trust anyone. After all, who would after what's happened to them in the past? Could something, or rather someone, change all of that though? Is it even possible after how far down on the social ladder she's been placed? Maybe, just maybe, Evangeline won't be in a state of solitude anymore.

The heart is an amazing thing. It can forgive and fall in love again when it has been broken over and over again...

It's just me ranting about things that are pathetic.
