The war ended a month ago, the seven beat the giants and the earth mother, Gaea. The two camps made amends and campers were able to move freely between the two. Everyone rejoiced, everyone was happy if not glad that the worst was over... but not for Percy. He's seen things, that no one can imagine and he couldnt just forget about it. No one seemed to get through to him, not even Annabeth. She tried to but eventually gave up, leaving him. He was left in a stupor unable to express hismself. He wouldn't talk to anyone, he kept to himself. He was a shell of hid former self, and no one could help him. Until someone actually made the effort to.

Percy is the only one who remembers the dark boy who sat in the corner table during lunch. The only one who noticed he was gone the rest of the school year. The only one who wished he didn't leave. Percy never really talked to Nico di Angelo but he knew what he was like: punk, goth, dark, quiet... and very very hot. He always wanted to talk to him but never muscled up the courage. But when Nico comes back after being gone for two whole years, Percy thinks it's Fate giving him another chance at a friendship and- hopefully- love.

The stars were always watching. Always, even in the dead of the night, in a forest, staring, as the dead-weight was pressed into the arms of a helplessly grieving Italian boy. He could do nothing, as the body fell limp in his arms. And the disease was cured. (Trust me, this is old)

The person no one really gives two shits about, even after he had done so much shit for them. The guy for ever in the shadows. After the fight with Gaea, they lost a demigod to Gaea herself. Camp Half-blood and Camp Jupiter made peace. Now things were back to normal. Or as normal as a camp full of offsprings of Mortals and Gods may ever get. If you didn't catch the drift, no where near the definition of normal. Nicos back to " Normal" life is about to take a huge turn, just not sure if it's for better or worse. This is my Nico DI Angelo Fan-fic. Cause I believe Nico deserves a Happy ending for the first time.( PS this was before I read The Blood of Olympus)
