And when three new campers arrive, Akira must step up and help them on their quest to save Hera, growing close with them along the way. Leo Valdez knows he fell hard for Akira. He just didn't have the nerve to admit it. The morning he decides to confess, they discover Akira has gone missing, just like Percy did. Akira doesn't remember anything when she wakes up beside Percy at the Wolf House, all she remembers is who he is, who she is, and one other boy. Leo. Percy and Akira find Camp Jupiter, making friends there. And when they're thrown into a quest to Alaska with Frank Zhang and Hazel Levesque, Akira starts to remember.
