The only oddity being when monsters tried to attack either camp. The gods were spending more time with their kids, making sure that they knew that the gods cared about them. Life was good. That is atleast until an earthquake collapsed a building.

Hello, so this will be my first book, so if it comes out terrible at one point and you have some input to add, I am always open to suggestions. Anyways I should probably start with the little intro... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This story is of how the son of the sea's heart was shattered by the ones he truly believed to be his family. Instead, he got a serving of betrayal, thanks to a roman descendant of Bacchus and Victoria, child of Venus. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ And before I forget, I don't own any of the characters, Rick Riordan does. This may also be a crossover with Young justice, and if it does, I don't own YJ, the creators of it do.

A/N: I'm more than a little mortified that people are still putting my other PJO fic into reading lists. It was written a long time ago and I've definitely improved since then, it's no longer reflective of my aptitude for writing, especially since I see it being put into Percy/Apollo categories. I've decided to upload this instead. I've also deleted the other fic. When Percy tried to hide from the sun, he forgot that the sun sees all. In Ancient Times, Helios told Demeter about Persephone's abduction. In modern day, Apollo would tell Poseidon nothing. Apollo has been waiting for his soulmate for millennia. When he finds his soulmate, there is no mortal nor god that can stop him from claiming his love. Not even the mortal son of the sea god, or the gods protecting him from Apollo's burning gaze.

Percy is broken beyond repair. Or is he? Maybe a certain sun god will help. It is set during and after the war with Gaea, some things are changed because of the plot.

A few differences between her and Percy: She knows how to shoot a bow and loves it (on par with Apollo's children and Artemis' hunters), she's very smart (could be mistaken for a child of Athena), but hides how smart she can be for fear her friends will leave her. Both have been abused by Gabe. I couldn't kill Castor because I know what it means for a person to lose their twin brother. I didn't lose myself, nor do I have a twin brother, but a good friend lost his twin and nearly took his own life. He's better now, but I know he likes the series too and it hurt him when he got to the part where Castor died. I don't know Castor and Pollux's last name, so I just choice a name. I hope you enjoy the story.
