Period piece/regency era AU. This is the second book to my Love, Rivals, and Royals series. It is technically a Louis partridge fan fiction. It includes loads of celebrities. The Royal family is in recovery from the recent murder attempts on their family and has begun fighting a war against the rioters. Lyra continues to fight for her relationship with Atlas but Raquel and her family gets in the way. Lyra tries to get her book published, but her being a woman is holding the process back. Lyra explores her sexuality and learns to let go of shame and insecurities. Briar struggles to decide between Louis or Theo. Louis puts in more and more effort towards Briar but she cannot seem to shake her own mental issues involving her twin's murder attempt.

Lord and Lady Marsallies are a couple cast from their titled inheritance due to the scandal of their marriage, though well taken care of by the fertile lands left to them and the modest income afforded through the family. However as they find themselves burning through their income and their family treasures debt and unscrupulous deals taint what should be the happy memories of their eldest, and only, daughters coming of age. Soon Selina finds herself in a race against time to unravel this puzzle and discover the true secrets of the Marsallies Mansion, with few allies to turn to and ever growing enemies not even the glamour and glow of the ton can keep her safe.

Some of the stories happened to my aunts and uncles and some of them happened to my friends. A few of them happened to me.
