This is my first fic so bear with me. It may be perleo(percy x leo) from pjo ,but I'm not sure yet. If there are any suggestions you guys have on which way the story should go leave a comment and let me know your ideas 😊

As we all know, Percy Jackson was abused as a child by his of-the-time step dad, Gabe. The man was nasty and he left a scar on Percy. Physically and mentally. It's been nearly 6 years since Gabe's death. Percy had been doing so well, he was coping, he was moving on. But he got a call that sent him running to help. That Leo Valdez had fallen into depression. That he was talking about suicide. Gabe beat depression into Percy's brain, and that's something he never got over. He still remains depressed, no matter how well he hides it, Percy still wants to kill himself. But he won't.

(Not my photos) (or my characters) Percy has to work to pay off his debt which took what was left of his money and more when his step father died. So when he sees a job open for a toy shop in one corner of the mall just a few miles from his house. Which meant he didn't need the car he was saving up for. And he gets the job and he's happy with everyone. except the infuriating Leo Valdez who works in a taco shop smack dab in the middle with his father and his step brother Harley. Leo Valdez was charged with murder(s) at the age of 10 (can't go to jail at 10 but for the sake of the story u can) and he served 7 years (which makes him 17 and Percy, for the sake of the story, is 18) and when he got out he spent a few months homeless until his father took him in. He doesn't speak of what happened with the murders, the jail, and his time on the streets but his father gave him 2 jobs. One was a mall and the other was in a shop a couple miles over. and he does fine with his friends; Annabeth, Hazel, Frank, Nico, Reyna, and his cousin Harley. And his BFFs for life; Piper, Jason, and Will (I think they'd be bffs leave me alone) Until he meets Percy Jackson. Who looks like the child of a God and acts like it.

Leo and Percy both have terrible lives, but they both cover it up. They don't want anyone to think less of them, or to hurt them for it. They still haven't told anyone, but when a horrible "accident" happens, will their similar lives bring them closer as friends, or will it set them apart for good? I am total trash for this ship. Oh well. This book is one big angst/feels/trigger warning, so proceed with caution.

Jason manages to save Annabeth. But he was a little too late for Percy. Leo rushed over to try and save him but got stuck with him. Now Percy and Leo are stuck in Tartarus. When they start to feel things for each other. Percy doesn't know what to do. And Leo just wants to die so it doesn't really matter.
