Kellin Quinn is a sophomore in high school. One night when his parents go out for dinner, leaving him alone with his little sister, he accidentally starts a fire in the kitchen. After deciding Kellin is too irresponsible, his parents hire the two siblings a baby sitter. Kellin soon finds that his "babysitter" just so happens to be one of the most popular seniors in school, Vic Fuentes.

Mike Fuentes, a taxi driver. Soon quitting his job to work at Hot Topic. Tony Perry, works at Hot Topic also and tries to get enough money to buy a car. So, Tony has to take the taxi or the city bus, but he always prefers the taxi. What happens when Mike and Tony notices that both of them are working at the same place? When Tony and Mike first meet, will Mike want to know know more about him? Will the two hopefully become close friends? If any of the both of them develop a feeling for the other, will he reject him?
