The man hating goddess blessed a son of Poseidon. Perseus earned that by saving the goddess and several Hunters and pledged to never try to break the Hunters oath. And try to help them if possible. The fates made him immortal at the age of ten. Only standing at 4'10 the rest of his life he works hard. He helps save girls from horrible homes and brung them to the Hunters.
