However, his journey was not yet over. After he was finally freed from the Great Seal thanks to an old friend, he was sent to another universe by Elizabeth, floating in the depths of space until he was saved by a group of people who were travelling through space. One thing is for certain, he wonders what this new journey will grant him.

Phantom Thieves of Hope is a crossover fanfiction combining two of my favorite video game series: Danganronpa and Persona 5. It centers around the main protagonists from the Danganronpa series forming their own version of the Phantom Thieves. In The Phantom X, there's a concept called Phantom Idols-cognitive beings formed in the Velvet Room based on the protagonist's perception. These cognitions are shaped from individuals the main character knows, has seen, or interacted with in some way, especially those with strong or once-strong desires. Since they support the protagonist like idols, Merope, the game's Velvet Attendant, refers to them as Phantom Idols. These Phantom Idols use Persona Duos, which are Personas created from Shadows in Mementos and the desires within the protagonist's cognition. In essence, this spinoff is an anthology of short stories featuring various characters from the Phantom Thieves of Hope universe reimagined as Phantom Idols. They assist the Phantom Thieves in their missions and are granted Personas and Phantom Thief identities they didn't have in the original story. This is a non-canon, just-for-fun side project that gets updated alongside the main fic.

Take Over follows a teenager who is exhausted by his surroundings and eventually starts talking to himself, but as he tries to know himself he gets to know that he himself has become something that no other person can face. He meets several personalities of himself which leads him into taking decisions he should not take.

This time, they have all been teleported to a brand new world, where fights must be engaged in a Tag battle format, as spoken by the creator of this world of crossing fates. And the only way to escape is a Keystone, which is the item needed to escape and return to their original world. Will the Phantom Thieves be able to reunite with each other and make it home, or will they forever be punished by this new world's creator? This story is like the Persona 4 Fate story in Cross Tag, but all mentions of Persona 4 and its characters are replaced with the Phantom Thieves of Persona 5.
