This poem is about how society portrays "Beauty" and how the media media and even some celebrates have high standards when it comes to having a certain look or size how perfection is the way to live, how the only way you will be accepted in society is by achieving these standards . I personally think that is all bull that everyone is beautiful/handsome in their own way! I struggle sometimes with this I am caution with my weight and have low self-esteem however i am learning how to love myself and not care what people have to say or what they think! P.s This poem is also inspired/a tribute to the Beyonce song "Pretty Hurts" Just know that you are amazing just the way you are and do not let anyone tell you otherwise! Please don't... I don't deserve what I have. I'm dark inside and my demons will never stop bothering me. I appriciate all that you do for me, but I don't deserve any of it. Don't try to help me, I don't want to be helped. To whoever who bothers to read this, please note that this is not directed towards anyone in paticular.
