Hello, this is Chev-the director of a not-so-successful short film I made during my junior years. I am writing this book because I want to tell the story the way it was truly meant to be told-the way it should have been, if we hadn't been so rushed by time and deadlines. My hope is that I can finally give this story the care it deserves before publishing it. And most of all, I hope that you, the reader, will enjoy it. -- Sometimes, People judge by what they see, and what they feel about it, But why can't they just let us be?

Before I Grow Up is a story about growing up - told through thoughts, moments, and emotions seen from different perspectives. It's not a diary, but it feels like one. A collection of voices trying to understand who they are, who they're becoming, and what it really means to grow up - before it's too late to turn back.

In a town governed by certainty and unquestioned agreement, one man believes clarity means control and truth means uniformity. When a stranger arrives with a cart full of mirrors that distort, fracture and multiply reflection, the town is forced to confront an unsettling possibility: that reality can be true in more than one way simultaneously. Through symbolism and quiet confrontation, this short story explores how rigid certainty can be seen as blindness and how perspective, like light, shapes what we see. A reflective story about power, identity and the courage it takes to question one's own viewpoint.
