Russia foolishly invaded Germany at the same time and the two great superpowers of the allies fell and shortly after the entire world fell along with them. here is currently 2020 and Americans live a life of poverty in a ruined world where only the powerful and Rich truly live. we are believed to have free will but in truth the entire American world is governed by a group of Select individuals with Rich and Powerful backgrounds they live comfortably while the rest of the world suffers. there is hope however, an underground group known only as Phoenix has risen From the Ashes of the destroyed world. some brand of them Terrorists, and the government would have them killed. But in truth Phoenix is a rebellion. they seek to destroy this government and build the world Up From the Ashes. the world stands on the brink of Civil War citizens who are impoverished Rebelle against the government. and the only thing that can truly end it is Phoenix and its Affiliated members.
