With only a year of training under her belt Luna is ready to step into the role of Dauntless Leader. With a new group of initiates coming in Luna feels the need to prove herself. "I can see why you didn't transfer to Candor, you're a good liar." Peter said as the corners of his mouth tilted up ever so slightly. I blew hot steamy air from my flared nostrils as I turned away from him. I didn't understand how he could be so confusing, he was so annoying that he made me want to jump into the chasm, but he was so kind to me that it made me want to stay. *** JJ Matthews didn't have an easy childhood, and for that she was angry. She wanted to be the person who would have saved her so it's no surprise that she got Dauntless on her aptitude test. She doesn't expect to meet someone so much unlike herself in Dauntless initiation, at first the two butt heads, but then one night changes everything.
