Student/Teacher relationship type of story

Patrick was always heavy, even as a small child. He loved food and everything that went with it. Love, celebrations, you name it. Touring with Fall Out Boy had been a dream come true for him, but it has it's downsides, such as, no personal space, limited bathroom time and too much food, all of the time. So even when He tried to loose weight, something was always there taunting him. When some of his fans start to notice his weight gain, he started working out, but the comments didn't stop. What will happen when Patrick lets everyone's comments get the better of him. He's decided, he's losing weight, and he's losing it now. For the band, for his fans and for himself. "I really needed to lose weight this time, not just for them, but myself as well" -Patrick Stump TW for anorexia, bulimia and other eating disorder related subjects. Patrick's home life couldn't be worse, and the same goes for his school life. He's constantly bullied by asshole kids that only care about looks and popularity (two things Patrick doesn't have). The only person that cares is his best friend Iris, but the only problem with that is she's mute. Patrick knows that shouldn't matter, but he finds it hard when his friend can't give him all the support he needs. Due to loss of a family member back when he was very young, Patrick had become mute and hardly spoke for himself, thus causing a lack of friendship and a social life. At this school it affects him greatly as he faces the vulgar lashes of many people. But then Patrick meets Pete Wentz, an extremely well-known socialite with a rough attitude. But underneath those layers of being socially aware, Pete is also very caring, this demeanor masked by his popularity.
