He is 15 years old but mentally acts like a small kid ( plays with food, doesn't speak words properly sometimes, etc) When Buckyn was taken by HYDRA (He was taken in the present) Peter was left in the care of the avengers. They treated him well and cared for him, but Peter never spoke a word since his dad dissapeared.
