When Pete was younger it really bothered him. Being unable to sleep. He would stare at the ceiling for hours on end, waiting for the light to come back. Sometimes, he would just curl up in the corner of his room with the nightlight and wait for it to go away. Once, his mom checked on him in the middle of the night, and that's when it took a turn for the worse. Pete's been better. Sometimes it gets bad and he relapses, but his life is going well. He's met a new guy, has awesome friends, and owns his own coffee shop. More than anything, Pete just wants his life to stay better. If he can let it.
