It's almost Halloween! Dogman, 80-HD and li'l Petey are making their Halloween costumes while petey is working on more of his inventions. But chaos strikes once Dr. Scum escapes jail to get revenge on Petey for breaking the deal by reincarning dead people and then making them go wild around town.
