This was a big opportunity for all students including Kaede, to showcase their talents to people all around the world and potentially get sponsored and hopefully catch the eye of someone important. Kaede knew she could not mess this up, but when the time came for her performance a hooligan wearing a clown mask ruined her show by making the piano disappear into thin air. How would the racers and media react when 'The Phantom Racer' has appeared yet again on the streets of Tokyo? A story where Toichi was actually a street racer who got the world into racing, and who was also a known racer as his natural job. Things aren't much different when Kaito wants to follow his career but finds a secret garage under his room and roams the street as the Phantom.

This book is a reboot of my Jessica's Anime Adventures- Book 1-Magic Kaito- Phantom Melody book from before new years. I have a different take of what is going on in the book from where I was taking the first book, I felt that the old book was a little rushed and not prepared enough so I decided to have a reboot. The overall plot is still kinda the same but with a new twist, instead of the Blossoms having no connections with Kaido's family, I decided to make some up with the blossom's being old friends of Kaido's mother and their dad's being best friends from college.
