A/N: This is a very old story of mine. Written back when I was in high school. The writing is not the best I've done and there are many errors.. I have since grown then and have bettered my writing.. I have thought to delete the story but because it seems to be a favorite to many-- I've decided to keep it posted just for you all. The Phantom of the Opera was said to be dead. He was found to the opera singers as dead. He seemed, to everyone, Dead. But Sheridan Ma Chanson, a background dancer at the refurbished Opera Populaire, begs to differ, once she sees something besides her reflection in the mirror on the stage.

A girl and some of her friends buy an old and run-down opera house in Paris that is said to contain a ghost from the 1800s. Though this may be less of a ghost story and more of a cursed man who has been unable to die for around two hundred years.

Ok let's see. Phantom of the Opera fan fic, ummm, what else? I don't own any of the characters except the reader and her brother, also their parents and a woman by the name of Chevrolet Boucher. Credit to my friend Pastelgaykid for helping me with the basics of the story. Like the parents back story, ages,cause to make it more less pedoey, we changed the phantoms age. She'd never really given that much thought to it; in fact, the mirror seemed pretty useless at first. Sure, it might've been /the/ mirror that was used in POTO 2004, but that was that. As she took a closer look at the lovely piece, she found herself being drawn towards it; God knows why, but she was. Eventually, she'd come to stand before the mirror itself--and suddenly, (Y/N) felt herself being pulled in by some invisible force. Upon opening her eyes, (Y/N) had expected to be dead.. not in one of her favorite musicals.
