This is a collection of poetry from a transitional phase in my life. In this period in my life, I am transition from chronic depression into a period of healing and figuring out who I am as a person and how to finally just live without bounds. I hope that this not only helps people to understand what depression is and how it can affect you, but it can give them hope by knowing that even in your darkest moments you can perserver and become a beautiful person.

Phases- Face for every Phase

scrambled words of a tangled tongue, struggles of an unfamiliar figure.

Hope whoever reads this, feels the soul of my words. It is something purely out of my compassion and empathy. I feel this world needs more love and acceptance, I am doing my part with my whole heart. These words of mine are something I want to add up in the literary collection of world, before I die. It is a self help book for those who are looking for another way to life.

There's something about growth - that makes us have these so called "Phases" Once in your life, or maybe even everyday in your life - you will hear the word "acceptance" A phase that they say will make you understand to just accept everything. They believe that that's how life should go - that how could you dream something so impossible? impossible? that word lingers in your head like a piece of memory. "How could I think such a thing?" But how could you really accept everything? so that's it? accept everything that's possible to others but why would it be impossible for you?
