Zeta Phi Beta, is a historically black sorority, and they've just banned transgender women from joining. The sorority, which was founded in the 1920s, is composed of over 100,000 members and more than 800 chapters in the U.S., Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean. As part of their new diversity statement, they want to ensure they uphold the same integrity and values that their five founders had in 1920.
